“The property management is abysmal. Full slum lord status. Ceiling leaked for years when it rained heavily. Even after filing a rent reduction, they still didn’t address it. This building is full of mice and roaches. Their idea of pest control is stuffing steel wool into cracks. I know, it’s New York, but waking up every morning with mouse poop on your counters is terrible. Unit 8 is a train wreck. Domestic disputes, screaming matches, cops showing up. Kids running around all hours of the night. Weight lifting during the day. And of course, property management won’t address any of it. On the plus side, the super is fantastic and you can’t beat the proximity to Central Park.”
