“Unit 4B Pros: I liked alot about the building including the outdoor space, high ceilings, ect Cons: Rodent issue and neighbors were a nightmare. There is one set of owners that bought their place 5 years ago and are absolute nightmares. I lived below them and they were ALWAYS complaining about absolutely nothing that they disguised as noise. Advice to landlord: none i haven't given you already”
