“Unit 21 Pros: The building is located in a friendly Spanish community. Closeness of amenities and transportation was a plus. Close to police and fire departments. Cons: Rate of crime. Noise levels from locals. Trash and cleanliness of public spaces became an issue. Theft of packages and lack of accountability. Advice to landlord: Need to find way for tenants and property to feel safer for the amount of money into the lease”
