“Pros: Quiet most of the time, clean common areas, the units are a great size for one person, you really can’t beat the location it’s convenient to everything. Reasonable rent increases. Many people are here for years. Cons: Some of the contractors have cut corners. The landlord will repair things if they break though so it’s not like you’re stuck with it.”
