“Unit 1b Pros: The neighbors. The layout, space, and ceilings. Doorbell when it’s working Cons: Instant hot water only at certain times. Other times takes 10 min to get hot. Back area is a dumping ground which is great for rats. Sometimes the ceiling rains little bits of plaster. Heard some tenants have leaks. The usual rent raises without reason- just because they can. Advice to landlord: Install a trash and recycling bin it’ll help with the rats and the fines that I’m positive you get”
