“Pros: Elevator, In unit W/D, dishwasher. All that you really need. Great location. Cons: Had a mouse and several cockroaches over the year, but nothing crazy. Trash chute was a bit small.”

“Pros: Good location and laundry Cons: Rodents, roaches, rarely cleaned, ongoing disruptions from long-term construction (including limited sunlight), selectively responsive management that does less than the bare minimum Advice to landlord: Put in a little effort for all the money being thrown at you, abide by laws regarding security deposits and lease renewals”
