“Unit 1F Pros: location is incredible, super easy to get in touch with Cons: laundry was hard to get to, door would be hard to open with key”

“Pros: Love the location and price, and the fact that it is a small building. Neighbors are lovely, and the heat, water etc are all golden. Cons: There are rats in the neighborhood. Not the buildings fault, but it’s a bit of a problem. They are responsive when it’s an issue though. Advice to landlord: If you could solve the rodents at the front this would be a 5 star building!”
