“Pros: Massive apartments and a lot of closet space. More than your average New York apartment Cons: Old. Management always weary to renovate. It’s like pulling teeth. The only way they will listen is to call the city on them. Advice to landlord: Your management office is incredibly rude and argumentative. They literally fight on the phone with their tenants. It’s madness.”

“Pros: Massive apartments. So much space. Great super. Cons: Landlord not cooperative with maintaining apartments Advice to landlord: Renovate apartments at tenants request and don’t bargain or negotiate with them. Some of the apartments are so old and out of date and it doesn’t take much to send a crew in to replace some cabinets or floors or fresh coat of paint. The super is great. Hardworking.”
