“Pros: great location, size and layout, washer/dryer and appliances, pre-war charm, super is friendly, landlord responded quickly, pet-friendly (and never heard pets), trash and recycling handled well Cons: no buzzer, loud neighbors in hallway, super was nice but slow to respond, wood floors and radiators in poor condition, cheap/old finishes, the common area/hallway not maintained regularly, no electronic rent payment, some issues with leaks Advice to landlord: take more pride in the building and finishes, including the exterior and interior. a super who maintains building”
