“Pros: The good thing is that maybe you are still on time to not sign a lease to live in this building full of structural problems that landlords never repair. Cons: I lived here for two years, and you can't imagine how many leaks I had. Even over the beds. If you don't want to be scared of the rain or worried about your help, do not rent here.
