Cons: Can get pretty loud with people blasting music nearly every day in front of the building. No way to pay rent online, can only pay through check and you have to send it in the mail which is pretty inconvenient. Advice to landlord: Implement an online payment system or let people drop off checks at the office instead of mailing.”
