“Pros: The building is in a good location. The first floor is nice Cons: The super is horrible. He is rude and condescending. He steals from the package closet. He tried depositing the check we had to give in order to move out without letting us know beforehand and did not have a reason to deposit it. Horrible. Advice to landlord: Fire the super”
