“Unit 2 Pros: - Trash pickup is regular - Large windows in the front of building - Washer/Dryer Cons: - Multiple Burglaries - Management is slow to fix things - Street noise and noise from the bar - Can smell the restaurant from the apartment - Kinda smells like gas sometimes - Roof is accessible but bare - Water damage and cheap repairs - Heat sometimes doesn't come through/is slow”
