“Unit 2B Pros: Building is close to public transportation. Cons: There is a lack of maintenance and an increase of pests in units and common areas IN ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS. Don’t be fooled by the building where the office is located, conditions are filthy and depressing and management is non responsive! you can hear the rats in the walls! I would avoid renting from ANY building under their care. Advice to landlord: Establish proper building maintenance.”
