Next building is super close so when people hosted parties you could hear it.”

Please check the electric wires thru fuse box. I think some of electricity lines next door apartment hooked 2e. When I cut off the one of switch fuse box, I heard the neighbor complaining TV suddenly turn off. Even sunny high ceiling apartment, $300 dollars month for studio con Ed bill is crazy. ,”
