“Pros: I lived here a few years ago and loved it. Convenient to the L train and there was plenty of street parking. The building itself was clean and I never had issues with neighbors. Cons: Only issues we had were roaches when we first moved in but management was responsive and we never had an issue after. We also had packages stolen for a month or so but again, management took care of it.”

“Pros: Close to the train & friendly management team Cons: Too noisy from street noise & not my favorite area I’ve lived in”
