“Unit 2 Pros: The super is very nice! Answers your calls right away, says hi and smiles every time you see him! The landlord is communicative! Cons: The walls are too thin! You can hear everything your neighbor does, from walking to sneezing. And any kind of extra noise like playing the music on a Sunday while cleaning will be complained about.”
