“Pros: Huge apartment. One apartment per floor so you have a lot of living space in addition to bedrooms and kitchen. Online portal for bill paying, requests, and documents. Cons: Walls are thin and ceilings / floors creak a lot and let through a lot of noise. First floor has a backyard, second floor has one balcony and third floor has no outside space. Garbage wasn’t always taken care of quickly.”
