“Pros: Apartments themselves are nice, with fixed AC units and silent radiators. Appliances are fairly modern and work well. Location is amazing. Cons: Hot water breaks often and can take a day or two to be fixed.”

“Pros: The building and management were awesome. The space was small but beautiful and I loved living there. Location is gorgeous and management was always responsive to any concerns. The only reason I left was due to rent increases since I had a covid deal. Cons: No laundry in building or elevator, but the cleanliness of the apartment/building, all renovated, and location were totally worth it”
