“Pros: Building itself was relatively clean, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and the units are relatively updated with modern appliances and finishes. Cons: The super and property manager changes every few months or so - the high turnover is indicative bad behavior by the property management company. Search up Centennial Properties on google and you will find all that you need to know. They aren't very responsive for smaller maintenance issues; you will have to figure out how to fix them yourself.”
