“Unit 3D Pros: They repaint a lot and have an elevator. The garbage never gets too messy. The super is probably the best part of the building. Cons: R&E Leasing Management is so sketchy. They will randomly pair you with roommates and are not responsive when you try to suggest your own friends to take over the sublease of each individual room. They make so much money off of us and keep raining the rent really high. Advice to landlord: Be more responsive to your tenants please! Especially about roommates. It’s difficult to live people you’re not compatible with.”

“Pros: Brand new guy renovated building, fully ada accessible, very Cons: Owner lives in Florida and is a bit nuts. Called me after a plumbing issue (toilets aren’t the best, we had routine clog issues) and demanded I pay for it. Asked for an itemized receipt n he backed off n ate the bill.”

“Unit 6B Pros: Newly renovated so clean and close to the 1 train. Commute was very easy to work and the in unit washer and dryer was so convenient. Cons: The neighborhood was way too loud to the point where I couldn't bear with it. It is also not a safe area.”
