“Unit 2F Pros: New building Clean Cons: Common areas are often closed down Difficult management company”

“Pros: Very clean, great gym! Awesome unit, better suit for someone in their early to mid twenties! Cons: Good luck with getting cell service in the basement for laundry. If you’re on the first floor (backside of the building) prepare for basketballs to smash against your windows. Not to mention people peering into your unit.”

“Pros: It doesn’t suck Cons: Iffy hot water”
