Cons: We’ve had several issues in the apartment that required attention (broken AC, broken dryer, leaks, etc.) - the landlord and super were okay at getting to our place for emergencies, but other maintenance work or repairs are still unfinished after months of asking. They’ve recently implemented a new maintenance request form, but so far this has not affected how effectively they get repairs done. Also, gym is unusable in my experience (close to trash chute so it smells terrible and is not cleaned regularly if ever).”
