“Pros: Clean, definitely felt like a hotel with all the amenities Cons: If you are in one of the street-facing units, it is extremely loud when the construction across the street is taking place Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you are doing”

“Pros: Very clean, very quiet. Excellent location Cons: Rents rise exponentially based on the month you are staying. Not a very good option for month to month unless rent cost does not matter Advice to landlord: More responsive. Also rent prices probably shouldn’t fluctuate so much month to month”
