“Pros: Pretty well kept. The video intercom system is nice. Good area. Fairly responsive when the ceiling was leaking multiple times. Cons: A few of my packages have gotten stolen. Sometimes the heat would hardly be on in the winter. The hallways are quite dusty but typically don't see many bugs/critters. Advice to landlord: Use the security cameras more and do more preventative maintenance for the multiple leaks.”

“Pros: Newly renovated kitchen, in unit washer/ dryer that SOMETIMES works, very quiet even with construction next door Cons: No view from any of the rooms (except a brick wall), A/C is not ideal, hallways are pretty dirty”

“Pros: My unit had in-unit washer dryer Cons: This building was a renovated flip that converted normal size apartment into micro apartments with nice appliances. You could hear all your neighbors. My next door neighbor was an Airbnb Advice to landlord: Be responsive to your tenants”
