“Pros: The neighbors were friendly. Cons: Had no heat for the entire winter, building super was non-existent and would request we re-light our own pilot light to get the heater back on by touching two exposed wires together. Advice to landlord: Please fix the pilot light.”

“Unit 1 Pros: Lots of space and a little back outdoor area Cons: tons of issues with heat, water, billing and more Advice to landlord: Simply answer any email or phone call”
