“Unit 2E Pros: Clean, very responsive management, monthly exterminator for pest control but never had any issues. Good middle ground of walkup affordability with some perks (elevator, virtual doorman, laundry on every floor!). Cons: Market rate rent increases (i.e. 8-10% per year), amenities not always functional (laundry/trash chute out of order ~40% of the time)”
