“Pros: Beautiful street, near the 6 train, hardwood floor and high ceiling, remote door answering Cons: Landlord unresponsive after repeated calls, garbage neglected for months, plumbing problems (backing up in to kitchen sink). Advice to landlord: Answer your calls when the tenants have requests.”
