“Unit 7C Pros: Spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom. Kind and responsive super. Very few maintenance issues and when they do occur, they are solved quickly. Would live here again! Cons: Neighborhood can be a bit dicey at times, and both 115th street and 5th avenue are loud. Also, the apartments get so hot in the winter from the building pumping the heat that we have to open our windows.”
