“Pros: The building is in lovely condition. Neighbors are generally kind and quiet. Creaky floors leave something to be desired as we could generally hear upstairs often which made it hard to sleep. Cons: Paying for heat and hot water is very costly. You cannot get in touch with the landlord directly and when you do the conversation is rushed and rude. Not a good experience with this owner by any means. Made moving out a truly hellish experience. If you want your deposit back expect to leave the apartment like no one has ever lived in it. Advice to landlord: Treat paying tenants fairly and not like they’re trying to cheat you.”
