Cons: Thinner walls can cause noise issues at times but that's a common issue with many apartments. Pre-war building means appliances and fixtures might be outdated in some units, depending whether renovations were made.”

Cons: Maintenance responsiveness is unpredictable. Sometimes issues are fixed immediately, others require multiple follow ups”

Cons: Location isn't the best. Midtown is midtown. Laundry is a bit expensive in building Advice to landlord: not too much in the way of issues.”

Cons: The management company who owns the property -- Saul Goodman or something like that has workers who have a stick up their ass. Not easy to deal with even if just a general question.”
