“Pros: Incredibly nice doormen, responsive management, very limited noise level given location Cons: Frequent water issues (usually planned in advance with notice, but water will be down for the whole day). Happens 1-2x a month.”

“Pros: The doorman have been here for over 20 years and are the sweetest most helpful people. Good laundry room (never too busy) Hallways have recently been renovated Cons: The heat is centralized and is sometimes too hot.”
