“Pros: Coop board which is pretty on top of things, on site super, free exterminator Cons: Roach infestation near the end of my lease (but was dealt with by an exterminator), super thin ceiling so I could hear my upstairs neighbors and their dog all the time, there was a courtyard area but it wasn’t really maintained Advice to landlord: To do something about the noise (like having renters have carpeting) and perhaps have a nicer courtyard area that residents can use. But generally, good building and no huge issues”
