“Unit 2D Pros: Abel the supervisor is super responsive and issues are sorted pretty quickly. The heating during winter is consistent and we've rarely had heating issues. Cons: It's just dated. You're paying for the convenience as it's highly accessible to the Subway and just minutes away from Central Park and tons of grocers and eateries.”

“Pros: Water and Heat included in rent, 2 doors to buzz in through, monthly exterminator who comes and checks in incase there is a problem for any reason. (none so far) Cons: When trying to reach the building owner it took many emails and too many phone calls to just get a reply which was also sounding like I was wasting her time when it affected multiple people of the building.”

“Pros: Location, good walls, in mostly working order. Cons: Super could be more responsive, halls need to be scrubbed down. Really, just reno the thing. Advice to landlord: Have the hallway floors and doors replaced.”
