“Pros: Great street and apartments are very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and management is responsive enough. Cons: Cold and not well heated by the building management in the winter. Advice to landlord: Warm it up or don't ask tenants to pay for their own heat!”

“Unit 4F Pros: - they're not cleaning stairs and hallways for weeks - be ready to wait for a response to the maintenance request for weeks - once they're doing maintenance - the performance is very cheap and bad - bad water pressure - increased rent by 30% in summer 2022 (in a rent-stabilized building) - we haven't had gas for three months, and they didn't inform ConEd - we've got to pay gas bills fully all this time. Cons: - good neighbors Advice to landlord: You should respond to maintenance requests in a proper manner - 24 hrs max, not for weeks. With your rent, the maintenance cannot be the cheapest. Clean the hallways weekly”

“Pros: The building is in the perfect location and everyone that lives there is kind. Cons: The management is non responsive and the building needs massive upgrades. It's quite literally falling apart. Advice to landlord: Fix the building.”
