“Pros: Amazing location and value for those with limited budgets. Also, it's actually wonderfully ornate even if it's old. Cons: The building is very old and you can feel it. Would fairly regularly see cockroaches in the hallway and sometimes in the apartment. Advice to landlord: Continue to upkeep the apartments.”
