“Pros: My sister & I lived there for 5 years. We loved it! There was a monthly exterminator and the garbage was always well kept in the back. The landlord is lovely and responds quickly to any concerns. Cons: More than 10 blocks from the train (but now the ferry to Manhattan is only a few blocks away!!) Advice to landlord: Keep doing what you’re doing. I hope you’re staying safe.”
