“Unit 2C Pros: Building is only a couple years old so everything is nice and new. Big living spaces, nice kitchens, located right by the park, quiet street. Super is very helpful and solves issues right away Cons: Walls/floors are somewhat thin, so you hear your upstairs neighbors stomp around which I was a bit surprised with given how new the building is. Kinda far from the subway and other amenities Advice to landlord: none”

“Unit 1B Pros: Newly renovated, we were the first tenants so everything is nice and new. Close to both the subway and ferry. Cons: Honestly can’t think of any, everything so far has been great, and I’m a pretty critical person!”
