“Pros: Great water pressure. Pipe water gets boiling hot in a short amount of time Cons: In the winter roaches and silverfish come out of the woodwork like crazy. I kill a minimum of 3 roach daily and that is no exaggeration. Pest control comes regularly but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Mice are also an issue. They come out the heating pipes, run into my closets to shit and then run back. Sickening. I’ve caught 4 mice in the span of 3 days, I was able to catch 2 the same day. Disgusting. There was no heat on Christmas Day. Smdh.”

“Pros: There are none. Cons: The ultimate problem is management. I’ve personal been through a lot of harassment from management, and I’ve only been here a year and a half. Management doesn’t respond well to complaints of issues regather building. If management react in this way, just image the super, who also lacks. Advice to landlord: Change/fire Management. Change/fire the Super. Fix the building. Renovate all the apartments, not just the first floor. Build or fix trash system. Fix cameras. Fix complaints in timely fashion. Fix lighting in halls Fix doorbell Clean on a daily bases Stop harassing tenants Fix heat system Fix plumbing system”
