Laundry in the basement. Nice rooftop. Central air is amazing. Cons: Pretty noisy neighbors, tend to be a lot of students. Don’t supply furniture for rooftop. Only one laundry machine is by app, otherwise quarters and no quarter machine. Advice to landlord: Fix the laundry in the basement and update both machines!”
