“Pros: Clean (in new units) nice amenities for the cost, washer/dryer, nearby a few solid restaurants Cons: Terrible terrible ownership. The super of this building literally threatens and harasses tenants when they ask him to turn his music down. There has been almost zero days since I’ve moved in without insanely loud music/TV/screaming. Advice to landlord: Sell to a company that cares.”
