“Pros: Never had roaches, saw a mouse (on a glue trap) in the laundry one time but I’ve lived there two years and it’s honestly been a great experience. The replaced my dishwasher when it wasn’t usable quickly and swiftly. Overall great place, quiet neighbors and no rats or roaches. Cons: Laundry room could be cleaner but overall it was still fine and usable. Advice to landlord: Better laundry machines”
