The landlord has not responded to a single email I've sent. The supers are slow to respond and clearly incompetent because the problem never goes away, despite spending over well over 30 hours in my bathroom since the summer. On top of that there have been multiple issues with noisy and dangerous neighbors, the locks to my front door breaking, etc. Advice to landlord: Respond to your tenants because they will call 311 on you!”
