“Pros: Very friendly staff, clean building Cons: Sometimes when it’s unseasonably warm or cold, you can’t use the central air to adjust how you want. Also, it’s a co-op.”

“Pros: Prompt response from personnel when needed Cons: I have no cons to report. Advice to landlord: N/A”
