“Pros: Building has as many amenities you can get without being “luxury” Pretty quite street On sight & helpful super Laundry in building Cons: Things break pretty open ( door, laundry, elevator) Packages are not secure and get stolen Owner is not responsive or helpful”

“Pros: Location obviously, laundry in building which is nice but doesn’t work 100% of the time Cons: No control over heat and gets VERY hot in the winter, the super / management is pretty unhelpful and unresponsive, had a lot of packages get stolen”

“Pros: The building super lives on site and is very responsive! Building is on a nice quiet street and the elevator and laundry in building are a plus Cons: Sometimes the radiators were loud, other than that no complaints”

“Unit 4E Pros: Great neighborhood, feels safe for a single woman, elevator access, large bedrooms Cons: On site maintenance is not responsive, some units updated, some are not, elevator is slow and old Advice to landlord: Building maintenance should be more responsive in order to keep things running smoothly”
