“Unit 2L Pros: Live in Super, very nice and friendly Cons: Horrible landlord and management company. Actively threatens tenants, doesn’t do repairs, and when they do, give no advance notice. Took a huge chunk of the neighbors security deposit for basic wear and tear on the apartment. Constant lawbreaking in regards to tenant interaction. Do NOT live here. Advice to landlord: Shove it 886 Frank LLC”
