“Unit 9B Pros: My apartment is a good size and rent stabilized. In the 10 years I’ve lived in NYC this is my 3rd apartment. I liked that it was along Eastern Parkway and that there were many units. My broker said the building was pretty quiet because tenants were mostly older. Cons: My heat is not consistently on and my hot water is inconsistent. I’m going to have to start talking to management but from reviews I’ve seen it seems like this is on track for the building’s history.”
