“Unit 1E Pros: Has some spacious units if you get the right ones Cons: Heat is cranked to the max, even with windows open it's so hot. A little bit dirty in the halls. Outdated appliances - kitchen and bathroom are really old Advice to landlord: Halls could be a little cleaner and turn down the heat. Kitchen's and bathrooms could be updated”

“Pros: Lots of sunlight. Everything is super close by and convenient Cons: Super dirty. Never cleaned. Always smells and it’s never been cleaned out the right way.”

“Pros: Location and that is it. Cons: Cooking gas was broken for many months. No rent reduction or abatement for this, even during COVID. Apartments are falling apart. Building has seemingly zero insulation, you can hear noise from nearly every apartment unit regardless of what floor you’re on. Maintenance is hard to reach and randomly shows up without warning. Shower water frequently not hot. Floors are warped and entire apartment isn’t level. You’re paying for location, not quality of the apartment or the building. Advice to landlord: Stop doing the bare minimum and conning people out of $$$”
