“Pros: It's a quiet building inside, with people having lived there for a while and keeping to themselves. Everyone you come across is friendly. Cons: While the garbage is organized well daily by the super (with some exceptions on holiday weekends, for example), the ground level garbage doorway is susceptible to mice coming in. Also, exterminator service is not as consistent as it could be. Advice to landlord: Make it harder for mice to enter the building and units -- it is already hard enough with the park next door.”
