“Pros: Location is great, very charming space, building management is responsive Cons: Windows were never cleaned in my 2 years of living there, so dirty you couldn’t see out, we reported mold in the bathroom and instead of fully removing it the company slapped some paint over it, clearly filled with NYU college kids/recent post grad, bedrooms are small with confusing layouts, rent increases are not worth the cost Advice to landlord: Clean the spaces!!!”

“Pros: - Desirable location - No noise or other issues with neighbors - Good wash & fold service nearby that does pickup Cons: - Management is bad about fixing things (have to follow up many times). Didn’t communicate that very loud, disruptive construction on the building would be ongoing for months - Occasional cockroaches - Windows are old and have gaps which means bugs get in”

“Unit 3c Pros: Super actually maintains the building, mops/sweeps the staircase and halls consistently and is always around. There was an issue with the pipe in the unit above mine that they had to get to through mine. They were in and out during the day and I couldn’t tell they were there. I also love the door code on the door to the building. Makes sharing apartment key easy. Great updated units. Cons: I wish it had laundry, in-unit preferably. Super small, tight bathroom. Apartments look into each other so you really need to figure out a blinds/curtains situation.”
